Terms and Condition of Sale

   

 

1.     Payment Terms
 

1.1        Payment of the contract price (plus GST) shall be due on placement of order.

2.     Delivery
 

2.1     Cedar Direct will arrange delivery to the location specified in the Contract.

2.2     The cost of delivery shall be included in the contract price.

   
3.     Risk
  3.1        The goods shall be at the customer’s risk from time of signing
             consignment note upon delivery.

             

4.     Title Retention
 

4.1        Title to the goods shall be retained by Cedar Direct until
             payment  has been completed with cleared funds.

4.2        Cedar Direct reserves the right to register a financing statement
             in support of this title retention provision.

5.     Returns Policy
 

5.1        No credit shall be allowed for returned goods unless.

5.1.1     The goods were not as specified in the contract and Cedar Direct
              has been advised  within 24 hours of the time of delivery.

5.1.2     Or otherwise at Cedar Direct’s sole discretion and only if.

5.1.3     The goods have been stored in a secure dry area and ony if.

5.1.4     The goods have not been stained, cut or in any way changed from the original condition.

6.     Acceptance Of Order
 

6.1     Cedar Direct reserves the right to accept or decline any order at placement.

7.     Cancellations
 

7.1     Orders cancelled after placement shall be liable for all costs
          incurred by Cedar  Direct.


8.     Transit Damage
 

8.1     All goods damaged in transit must be notified to Cedar Direct 
          in writing within 24 hours.
 
8.1.1  Damaged goods must be stored in a secure dry area.

8.1.2  Replacement goods, any claim is subject to acceptance from
          Cedar Directs damage in transit insurance cover or limited carriers risk.

8.1.3  Any goods which have been stained, cut or in any way changed
          from the original condition will not be considered for replacement.

8.1.4  The purchaser shall be responsible for all return freight.


9.    

Pricing
 

9.1    Cedar Direct reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.
