Hi Barry,                  Now that The Woods have been completed,   I would like to thank you for your outstanding service  and  support during the three years of construction.   At the planning stage, we were swaying between                    cedar shingle roofs and steel.  Once we made the decision of going with cedar shingles  and weatherboards, we never looked back.   We believe the look, quality and feel of the cedar  made the difference when it came time to sell them. As you know The Woods Luxury Villas set a new standard of construction and design in not just Queenstown, but New Zealand wide with a number of developers and homes particularly at the top end of the market now following suit.
